our process

01: Initial Consultation

Covenant Crafters partners with homeowners, architects, designers, home builders and residential/commercial contractors. Our first step is gathering the necessary information to fully understand your project in order for us to provide an estimated project cost. You can call us or simply fill out our "request a quote" form under the contact area on a website. We will need to get exact measurements of the project space - we can come out and measure or use architectual drawings that you have been provided. Information needed at this step: Budget, Target Install Date, Desing Ideas and Project Space Measurements.

02: Review & Approve Estimate

After gathering the necessary information and establishing a preliminary layout for desired project we will provide a complementary estimate of anticipated costs. Your project estimate will be accurately detailed (Subject to any significant additions or alterations) and defined for your review. After thorough review of your project estimate, we will work to answer any additional questions you may have in relation to overall design and cost. Once project parameters are finalized and we have earned your trust, we will invoice for the deposit so that we can move project to the design step.

03: Design

At this stage we begin development of your project, finalizing major design plans, elevations and connecting with project partners. We will create detailed, accurate plans with multiple elevations, 2D Line drawings of floorplans and 3D renderings that will provide you with a comprehensive view of your project. We will schedule an on-site visit to confirm measurements and heavily familiarize ourselves with the project space. We will need to know when ALL framing, including rough plumbing and electrical, is complete for final measurements to be taken. Once finalized versions of drawings are complete, we will move project to production.

04: Production

The approved design drawings will be used to engineer and manufacture your custom cabinetry at our 19,500 square foot state-of-the-art shop in Mansfield, TX. Your cabinets will be precision milled on our CNC cutting machine then handed off to our skilled craftsman on the shop floor and they are responsible for making all the drawings a reality. All projects go through a rigorous, multi-step, quality control process to ensure everything meets our quality standards and is exactly what you ordered. As we come close to completion date we will reach out to confirm installation date and expectations.

05: Delivery & Installation

One or two days before your scheduled installation date, a team member will contact you to verify that your job site is ready. Our highly trained installers will make sure your project is installed in a professional and efficient manner.
